Tiny Tunables™
Daylight Solutions' Tiny Tunable™ modules were designed specifically for OEM applications. These miniaturized, tunable sources enable a variety of commercial opportunities in Medical Diagnostics, Homeland Security, and Industrial applications. Prior to the introduction of these devices, access to the absorption-rich mid-IR spectrum was only available through the use of large, bulky systems that required kilowatts of power and cryogenic cooling.
Tiny Tunables™ are extremely small, robust devices that provide a unique path out of the scientific laboratories, and into mainstream applications. Available modules cover the spectrum of 4um to 12um, operate at room temperature, and are continuously tunable over 10% of their center wavelength (100's of wave numbers).
Custom, fixed wavelength devices are also available in OEM packages.
